Taking just a minuteI quietly watchthe amber sunlight,awaken the eyes from sleep,emerge the flower from its seed,blanket the earth with warmth.According to time and need,it does what it has to dowith care,in quietness,generouslysharing all of itselfto allow others to be.When I am true to myself,when I have that completeness,that contentment within,I can be like sunlightsharing and givingwithout wanting or taking.
